About This Site

Our version of the I Ching was born out of a deep reverence and respect for its ancient teachings coupled with the need for an applicable modern-day approach. It is based upon a sincere decades-long practice of interacting with the I Ching’s guidance on a daily basis, and a constant study of its varied interpretations to derive meaning and deepen understanding.

In this version, the sixty-four hexagrams are presented in simple language and examples relevant to today’s world, while remaining firmly rooted in the I Ching’s basic spiritual and energetic principles. It can be a valuable tool to guide us towards making enlightened choices and learning thereby as we navigate the myriad situations and issues in our lives. Our primary goal was to make this incredible source of wisdom accessible to any modern-day seeker.

The Fellowship of Subtle Light is a small nonprofit organization which has created this version of the I Ching. Participants are welcome to freely use the casting tool and to read/study the hexagrams as they are put forth. All of the content is copyrighted.
